Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
